The most important ingredient in Thai Cuisine is of course the ingredients
themselves, they must be at all times fresh and of the best of quality.
Our suppliers are carefully chosen to ensure that we have
only the very best of ingredients in Our dishes. Cooking and wine are
similar in as much that you cannot achieve a great end result by using
mediocre ingredients and therefore as chef and artisan, Our suppliers
are critically important to me.
Our food must achieve an unforgettable experience for
the diner not just in taste and flavour but it must be visually inviting
too. The dishes we create extend the boundaries by Our being inspired
by classic style Thai cuisine combining modern styles, fresh ideas and
flavours. We are continually evolving Our food with all these influences
enhancing what we consider Our special and individual style of Thai cuisine.
We always obtain the greatest joy by planning each dish
style well before we enter the kitchen and hope that they will love Our
creations and indeed fall in love with them as we constantly do!
We consider that presentation is critically important
and that Our creation must look visually inviting with all manner of
swirls and flavours infused on the plate. In the manner of an artist,
we love to use beautiful and fresh leaves to create an inviting and delicious
picture frame on a plate.
